  • Our products are available for purchase in the USA only.Currently, we ship only within the United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at this moment, but we will try our best to support these areas soon.
  • You should receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days, and get the package within 3-15 business days.
  • The products will be shipped via FedEx/UPS.Reliable delivery partners to ensure your mattress arrives safely.
  • Customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).All charges related to shipping are included in the price.

Remote Region Orders
Orders to remote regions may incur an additional delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending on the distance to the destination. This extra fee ensures your order is delivered safely and promptly.
Non-delivery Areas
Currently, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Military APO/FPO addresses are not within our delivery zones. We are working to support these areas soon, so please stay tuned!
Additional Charges

If you need to change the shipping address after your order is processed, a service fee of up to $40 per shipment may apply.
